It may take 7 - 14 days for your order to be delivered to you, as all items are custom made for your order. (tracking is available with all orders)
Once the order has been shipped, any delays are no longer in our control. However we will do our best to help with any advice.
International shipments may be required to pay for customs fees (including VAT) we are not responsible to pay for any of these charges. It is your responsibility as the customer.
